Dear Miffy was cool to me as a 13 year old, but I don't know what it would be like now! I want to read some of RT's books. I love his characters. Ugh - chick lit! I've been trying to get through House Of Leaves for like a year now. It's one of those books you read a few pages of then put down for months at a time. I'm really enjoying it, it's just...intense. I love the album Haunted by Poe that's sort of an accompaniment to the book though.

I want to read RT's books too! They have some on Amazon but they're quite expensive. [I'm used to getting books from school or with gift vouchers ] I know Wanda Varner is a character in one. I know who Poe is!

Hmmm I might try it I remember reading Go ask alice at about that age and it's stuck with me as a good book. I know I suck like chick lit but i know it's crap (i'd never pay RRP for C-lit)

Go midnight with the Poe knowledge! The guy who wrote HOL is her brother.

Yeah. I used to have songs of hers on my computer but lost them in one of the many crashes. I've read that HOL is 'different'.

It's extremely different. It's also massive. I wonder if I'll even get through it all in my lifetime. Poe is an excellent singer songwriter. I love her stuff.

As big as War and Peace? Funny book-related story: My 12-year-old cousin has been reading Mills and Boone books for the last few years. No wonder children these days aren't literate.

My Mum used to read Mills & Boone books. They sound terrible.

Lothario's pulsating man-sausage made Gwyndolynne shiver with delight as it rested against her thigh. Her heart began to beat fast, making her bosom wobble with undenyable passion. Soon he would marry her and rescue her from her dull receptionist job and evil boss on his strong white horse taking her to his million dollar island and wed her then bed her till her loins could take it no more.
Or something like that.
