Vanilla is pretty expensive now that you mention it, I love Vanilla Bean in everything but i can't afford $5 for two beans I think GOLD is cheaper I also made a half and half batch one with melted choc drizzled on the top and one with choc chip in it OMG God I this show!

Hee! Let's dip everything in gold. It was like $4 for 50mL of vanilla or $2 for 200mL of imitation vanilla...if it's imitation it should be close enough. I also didn't know whether to get cinnamon or cinnamon sugar, but plain cinnamon was cheaper Chocolate sounds like a good addition. It's the greatest show. It gives us recipies!

I made some today. They're not as nice as I thought. They're too buttery for me. And not enough sugar stuck to them so they're mostly cinnamon, but they don't taste cinnamon-y. Maybe I'll do some improvising next time and they'll turn out better.

mmmm next day snickerdoodles! I swiped this cup cake recipe from vogue it's actually really good: CAKES 125g butter 1 tsp vanilla essence 3/4 cup caster sugar 2 eggs 1&1/2 cups SR flour 1/2 cup milk Cream butter, essence and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, beat until combined. Stir in half the sifted flour and half the milk, then stir in remaining flour and milk. Pour mixture into 12 patty pans (in a 12-hole muffin tray.) Bake for 15 minutes in a moderate oven 190-200, or if you want them 'peaked' slightly, increase to moderately hot (210-220) ICING 1/2 cup margarine or butter 1&1/2 cups icing sugar 4 tbsp milk food colour to change the colour of the icing any decorations you wish (coconut, 100s & 1000s etc) To mix the icing simply mix the marg and icing sugar in a mixer. When that is mixed through, add the milk. More or less milk can be added to taste. Add any food colouring or vanilla essece to the icing mixture. When cupcakes are cool, top them with the icing and add any decorations! These are excellent CC I made mine pink and green
