In Veronica's case, that's not gonna be a whole lot now is it? BAKED MANICOTTI AND CHEESE1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 lb. 12 oz. can tomato puree 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. sugar 3/4 tsp. oregano 3/4 tsp. basil 1 pt. ricotta cheese 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten 8 manicotti shellsBrown beef, onion and green pepper. Add tomato puree, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano and basil. Simmer 15 minutes. Combine ricotta, 3/4 cup mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with egg. Cook manicotti shells according to package directions. Fill with cheese mixture. Place half of meat sauce in bottom of 12 x 7 inch baking dish. Add filled shells and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

I've never heard of manicotti. Veronica would probably eat 5kg.
